قواعد المنزل

1. No loud noise outside after 9:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 9:00 pm. Our neighbors have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.


2. As a building requirement, we will need to confirm who is staying in the apartment through a form requiring identification for the main guest. This will be done through a Pre Check-in form that will be sent to you after booking.


3. No parties or gatherings - if this rule is not followed, it will result in the automatic cancellation of your stay with no refund.


4. Checkout Time: Please check out by the specified time mentioned in your confirmation email or as indicated in your booking details on Airbnb - strictly 11:00am.


Requests for late checkout can be submitted 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for an additional $20 fee.


5. If you do not check out of the property on time (11:00 am, unless organised differently before the checkout date), then you will be charged a $60 fee for every hour over, as the cleaning company we use will need to change their schedule.


6. No smoking inside the property: Smoking, including the usage of any recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Smoking allowed only in the balcony


7. Leave the property in a reasonable and tidy state: We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond the normal cleaning procedures will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning.


8. Any violation of the above rules may result in eviction with associated fees.
